pick your poison

so, the last 2 nights have had some compications...
there are 2 major complications.. 1 is heat, 2 is mosquitos.
It has been getting really hot here, and without A/C you definitely have to keep some ice cold beverages around. At night, it cools of a some, so in order to sleep at a decent temperature, you have to open up the windows for some ventilation. This only provides a way for mosquitos to come in and start their festering. So the option then becomes, try to sleep in heat, without the buzzing and biting of mosquitos, or sleep with a good breeze, but leaving your body exposed to the attacks of mosquitos... pick your poison...
here is a random video from my apartment of a hailstorm.. click on hailstorm below and enjoy!

Surely they must have screens down there! Or some type of gauze to put over your window...if not, you are in for a looooong summer!

Sorry Argentina is like Europe, no screens... Man one word, Fuji... You can find them everywhere. The smell is a little too much, but it keeps the bugs away...

How come no screens? I have wire screens everywhere at home, I'm sure you can get one of those on your windows! If you don't like Fuji, you can also try espirales.
