It rained in Shreveport today; scattered thunderstorms were predicted all day, so I carried around my raincoat like a talisman, but the rain only fell during my first walk from car to office. After that, the air was just thick with humidity, and every window was fogged from air-conditioning. So hard to breathe! but that's Shreveport. Sure did make Centenary's campus all the lovelier--raindrops perpetually resting on the azalea leaves.

Scott,

Google "Scougal" (Henry, that is)and may your heart be stirred deeper for the one true deserving Object (and Source)of our affections. Better yet, check out this link for efficiency.

Sorry I haven't been in touch more often. Thinking of you often, though, as I still have your photo on the console in my truck. BTW, I am helping Jered move his last big stuff onto a moving truck to Austin tomorrow after Watermark. The house has been sold and he has 2 job offers in Austin!

Hi Scott! I see you're coming to Rosario in three weeks (now close to two weeks), and I'm writing from there so you might be interested (dfordisorientation.blogspot.com). Please don't see this as just shameless advertising. ;) Good luck surviving Argentina!
