A buddy and I saw The Black Crowes in Ft. Worth on Sunday. It was the Red Dirt Roundup. Was quite a good show. Man the Crowes have come a long way since I first saw them at Hirsch Memorial Coliseum in Shreveport in, like, 1992.
well, you're just going to have to come home again sometime soon so we can get some folks together to do some of these things. i'm with you on most of those. i'm currently working on the greek food festival website, so hopefully i'll get my annual two free tickets and get to go. maybe i'll go do #4 in your honor this week. sounds like a good idea regardless!

People always ask me what I miss about yanquilandia (not much, really!)and I always reply, "Mexican food, snow, and black people."
